The midfielder of Manchester City, Kalvin Phillips can now be considered a footballer of the Juventus team. Italian media have reported on Monday that Phillips has accepted Juventus' offer and is waiting for the finalization of the agreement between the clubs to make the move to Turin.
Phillips will be loaned to Juventus in the January transfer window, a team that will have the option to buy him in the summer for 40 million euros.
Also, Juventus has undertaken to pay a part of his salary during his six-month loan from City. The 28-year-old has only made 9 appearances and scored 1 goal for City this season and is therefore leaving the English champions.
He is not part of coach Pep Guardiola's plans even though he has a contract with the club until 2028.
