Hajrulla Çeku is the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. But Daulina Osmani, Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, has full powers for sports. Former swimmer, Daulina Osmani is now the head of sports at MKRS. Was in Tokyo for the Olympics and participates in many sports activities.
He accompanies Prime Minister Albin Kurti when he visits gyms and stadiums. Minister Čeku himself had called Osmani "the minister of sports". Many of the leaders of the sports federations, which are financially almost completely dependent on MKRS, are addressed in the same way.
No deputy minister so far has had the influence that Daulina Osmani currently has in MKRS.
