Nikola chooses Kosovo before Croatia and Sweden

Striker Dorian Nikolla sees himself as a player of the Kosovo Representative. The 15-year-old talent, starting next year, will be part of the team from Serie A, Udinese.

He was born and raised in Sweden, but his origin is from Kosovo, from the village of Binçë e Vitė, which he says he visits twice a year, Koha Ditore writes today.

He considers Kosovo as his home and therefore has rejected offers from the Football Federation of Sweden and Croatia. Nikola is hoping to be contacted as soon as possible by the leaders of the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK), although he has not received an invitation so far.

"Kosovo is my home even though I was born and raised in Sweden. I speak Albanian and my home is in Kosovo. That's why I want to play for Kosovo. I believe that very soon I will be contacted by Kosovo", said Nikolla. "I also had invitations from Sweden and Croatia, but I refused them.
