Mustafi wishes Arteta a speedy recovery

The defender of Arsenal, Shkodran Mustafi, has declared on Friday evening regarding the positive test for coronavirus of his coach, Mikel Arteta.

Mustafi wrote that now it is important that everything is being done to stop the spread of the virus.

Arsenal coach Arteta tested positive for the coronavirus on Thursday. The Premier League was suspended on Friday until early April.

"This is bigger than football. It is very important that we are now doing everything possible to stop the virus. Please adhere to the instructions of the authorities and avoid anything that could endanger you, your families and friends. I will remain in isolation and hope that everyone affected, including our coach of course, will make a full and speedy recovery. Stay safe and healthy," Mustafi wrote.

Arsenal coach Arteta also made a post on social networks on Friday.

"Thank you for the words and support. I'm feeling better now. We are all facing a great challenge. Everyone's health is the most important thing right now. Protect each other by following the advice. We will get through this together. The Premier League has done the right thing," Arteta wrote.
