Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has refused to put a date on Zlatan Ibrahimovic's return from injury.
The 35-year-old missed the last part of last season after suffering a serious knee injury.
United extended Ibra's contract for another year, while the Swede continues his rehabilitation from injury.
It was reported that the tall man will return at the beginning of October, but Mourinho has warned that the Swede will not play until the beginning of 2018.
"I'm not thinking about this, I haven't even asked the medical team about this," Mourinho said.

"He will be additional reinforcement for the second part of the season, which for me is January, but I have no idea and I think the best thing is for him to continue his work step by step", he added.
"It will not be ready for the group stage of the Champions League. We have a place for him in the list of players for the Champions League, but I don't think Zlatan will play in the group stage, I hope he will play in the elimination stage, if we finish in the top two".
