Midfielder Weston McKennie will soon renew his contract with the Juventus team. "Tuttosport" wrote on Thursday that the agreement between the parties for the continuation of cooperation has been reached and will become official within this month.
With the renewal of his contract that expires in 2025, the American midfielder will be part of Juventus until the summer of 2027. The 25-year-old has shown good performances this season and has convinced the Italian club to offer him a contract renewal.
In fact, McKennie last season was on loan at Leeds United and was close to leaving Juventus, but in the end decided to stay in Turin.
In 12 games played so far in Serie A, McKennie also has one assist. He has been part of Juventus since 2020, when he joined from Schalke.
