Midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia will be the newest addition to Marseille's squad. "FootMercato" has reported on Friday that Marseille has already secured the services of Kondogbia, which will be made official in the following days.
He will be transferred to the French team from Atletico Madrid for 8 million euros and will sign a three-year contract with the new team.
The 30-year-old French last season scored 2 goals in 27 games for Atletico, a team with which he has a contract until next year.
He made his career in Spain at Valencia and Sevilla, while he also played for Inter, Monaco and Lens.
Kondogbia in Marseille is seen as an important reinforcement for the midfield for the new edition.
