The football coach, Tahir Lushtaku, has reacted to the list that the new U19 selector of Kosovo, Adil Maliqi, has published on Thursday for the friendly matches against Albania.
Maliqi published the list on Thursday, while it included 23 footballers. However, Lushtaku has commented saying that Maliqi has invited "more famous" players.
"I see that this professional coach started with interventions, it's shameful that I see two or three footballers on this list. I don't know where we are going with this football of Kosovo so let's make it known, huh?", writes Lushtak's comment in the announcement of the Football Federation of Kosovo.
There were also some other reactions to the invited players.
This month, Kosovo will play two friendly matches with Albania, which will be played at the Kukës stadium. The first duel will be played on June 14, while the second friendly will take place two days later.
The selector Maliqi will make his debut at the head of the Kosovo team, after he was appointed to this position a week ago. Seven footballers on his list are from Kosovo teams, while the others are from European teams.
