Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and eight City first-team players could face 14 days of mandatory self-isolation when they return to Britain for the resumption of matches, The Times reports.
Professional football in England was suspended last month due to the coronavirus, while government restrictions will remain in place until May 7.
The Premier League plans to resume competitions in June, with foreign players and coaches returning to England being required to self-isolate for two weeks as a measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
It is reported that at least four head coaches and players from several teams could be affected.
Guardiola is in Spain following the death of his mother last month. Meanwhile, eight other City players are in their home countries.
Wolverhampton head coach Nuno Espirito Santo and his coaching staff are in Portugal, while five other club players are not in England.
