The current champion won 1 to 4 against Genk in the third round of Group E.
Oxlade-Chamberlain scored the first two goals, before Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah added one each. Odey scored the only goal for Genk.
In the same group, Napoli won 2 to 3 against Salzburg. Dries Mertens scored two goals, while Lorenzo Insigne added another. In Salzburg, the super talent Haaland scored two goals.
Napoli lead Group E with seven points, one ahead of Liverpool. Salzburg has three in third place, and Genk one in last place.
