The noisy assembly confirms the division in Kosovar football

Representatives of the six clubs of the Superliga released the Electoral Assembly for members of the Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK), as a sign of boycott, and warned of withdrawal from the competitions. 

Dissatisfied with the agenda that was for the election of FFK EC members, after two hours of debates, noise and dissatisfaction, the representatives of Llapi, Trepca '89, Pristina, Drenica, Balkani and Ferizaj left the hall where the assembly was being held and did not participate in the vote, Koha Ditore writes today.

They were joined by several representatives of the First League teams and the Mitrovica women's team. But the assembly continued its work. Within 15 minutes, the votes of the 37 delegates who remained in the assembly were confirmed for EC members, whose mandate will be four years: Bakir Burri, Predrag Jovic, Ilaz Mjaku, Flamur Bunjaku, Naser Ajeti, Mirsaq Qollaku, Xelal Broja, Vjollca Krasniqi, Agim Nura and Ismajl Ajeti. 

After this vote, the president of the FFK, Agim Ademi, declared the election assembly closed and for this he had the support of the FIFA representative, Oliver Jung, who addressed the delegates at the beginning and at the end of the assembly. 

Alongside him, the representative of UEFA, Denis Bastari, as well as other guests from the Albanian Football Federation, the Kosovo Olympic Committee and the Department of Sports, were also present at this assembly. "It was a democratic procedure and the members of the FFK Executive Committee were confirmed by a majority of votes in the assembly. Also, I think that those who did not support this were able to go outside the assembly for a short break, but the important thing is that the majority was present and voted," said Jung.
