Two days after numerous chairs were thrown on the floor of the "13 June" gym in Suharekë, the Board of the Basketball Federation of Kosovo canceled a decision that was heavily criticized by the fans.
on Tuesday, the decision prohibiting the participation in an organized manner and with any distinguishing signs of fan groups in basketball matches does not apply. The fans were actually present at the basketball game. They accumulated in many matches, but without showing distinctive signs. Now they can also be presented with their signs.
The FBK board has assessed that since it stopped the organized appearance of fans on December 15, there have been no major problems in basketball matches.
The incident in Suhareka, in the match between the Union of Trepca, however, was not small. After the basketball player of Trepca, Mikaile Tmushiq, kicked and hit the chair where the players who need to be replaced are sitting, Bashkimi fans threw some chairs on the floor. There was also booing in the stands as well as booing among the players. The stoppage lasted nearly an hour, while the game continued in an empty gym.
Union fans in the gym in Suhareka were without their insignia. From next weekend they can present themselves with all the symbols they have.

The clubs are tired of the emptying of the gyms, they demand the removal of the measures from the FBK
FBK had decided to exclude organized groups of fans from gymnasiums after serious incidents in the Supercup tournament, namely in the final between Sigal Pristina and Trepça. It was the Sports Council that gave such a recommendation.
Fans are now back in the gyms, but will still have a testing phase. If there are incidents, the annulled decision on Tuesday could be reinstated. The testing period lasts until the playoffs, namely the next five rounds.
This has been confirmed by the general secretary of FBK, Elvira Dushku.
"This was a recommendation from the Sports Council, which the FBK Board has turned into a decision. We will do everything in coordination with the Sports Council, as we will monitor the situation and details after allowing the fans in an organized way and with symbols. Of course, it is understandable that the previous decision can be reinstated in case there are signs of violence or hooliganism in the stands", said Dushku.
After December 15, gyms are often empty. Every time there were insults in the chorus or throwing of things, the judges emptied the hall. The outage lasted up to an hour and this was also criticized. But there was no big incident like that in the Super Cup. There were also smaller incidents in the Cup matches held in Rahovec.
Gyms will continue to be emptied if there are insults and throwing of objects.
"Obviously, if there are such things, the gyms will be empty, as the proposals of the competitions will be acted upon. However, we hope that there will be no such things and that the fans will reflect by supporting their clubs with the right attitude", added Dushku.

Superliga clubs are happy with the decision. Te Vellaznimi expect the stands of the fans at the "Shani Nushi" gym in Gjakova to be full on the weekend for the match against Sigal Pristina.
"We think it's a good decision, since the stands of our fans, who have strongly supported us this season, will be full from this round. For us, the decision to ban the fans in an organized manner has never been right, as our fans have been exemplary and did not deserve the ban", said the director of Vellaznimit, Ideal Bakija.
