The Kosovo national karate team will participate in the "Karate 1 Premier League", which will be held from Friday (tomorrow) until May 2 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Kosovo is represented by karate players Herolind Nishevci (+84 kg), Elhami Shabani (-75 kg), Fortesa Orana (+68 kg), Adelina Rama (-61 kg) and Albulena Gërvalla (-55 kg).
The "Dardans" team will be led by coach Isak Curri.
The race is valid for "Tokyo 2020" Olympic points.
The distribution of justice in Lisbon 2021 will also be done by the international judge, Ardian Muhadri.
The Kosovo Olympic Committee will cover the expenses for the Olympic scholarship holders, Nishevci, Shabani and Orana, based on the decision of the Executive Board of the KOK to remove the expenses of an international competition valid for Olympic points for elite athletes.
