Simone Inzaghi will coach the Lazio team for a few more years. The Italian media announced on Tuesday that the leaders of Lazio and Inzaghi have reached an agreement for the continuation of cooperation. Inzaghi, who has a contract with Lazio until the end of the current season, has agreed to a new contract that expires in the summer of 2024. The formalization of the deal is expected to take place later this month.
With the new contract, Inzaghi will have an annual salary of 2.5 million euros. He has been in charge of Lazio since April 2016 and so far he has led the Italian team in 240 games. With Inzaghi as coach, Lazio has won three trophies: one cup and two Italian Super Cups.
