The most muscular woman in the world, "biceps bigger than Arnold"

“Growing up, I was a petite and shy girl,” says Nataliya Kuznetsova, 34. She grew up in a small village in Siberia, Russia.

Her father advised her to go to a weight room to boost her self-confidence. The Russian woman listened to her father's advice and is now considered the most muscular woman in the world, writes "20 Minuten".

Kuznetsova first went to the gym at the age of 14 and three months later competed in a bodybuilding competition.

At the age of 16, she became the champion of Siberia, and two years later she made bodybuilding a profession.

Kuznetsova now holds the world records in the bench press and deadlift, which are the main forms of weightlifting.

She has won European and world titles. She is also one of the best in arm wrestling.

"I've never exercised much because I was lucky. I have good genes and I'm naturally strong," she said in an interview with a German media outlet.

Some in the bodybuilding community say that Kuznetsova has bigger biceps than Arnold Schwarzenegger had in his prime.

Most of her 1,3 million followers probably admire her for her big muscles, but there are also many who criticize the Russian and call her too masculine.

"I don't worry about it. If people don't like it, they should watch something else," Kuznetsova says of her critics.

Kuznetsova says they do sports because she, her fans, and her husband enjoy it.

Her husband is also into weightlifting.

"You don't fall in love with biceps, you fall in love with a person," says Vlad, Kuznetsova's husband. 

"There's no one else like her. And you don't have to be afraid when you go out with her."
