Elbasan Football Club has retired the number 27 jersey, which was worn by Fatjon Bunjaku.
Fatjon Bunjaku died in an accident at the age of 22, on Sunday.
"As a sign of respect and permanent gratitude for Fatjon Bunjaku, the number 27 will be retired from use at AF Elbasani and will forever remain part of his legacy at the club," Elbasan's announcement reads.
Fatjon Bunjaku played at the club level at Trepça, and was also at Liria, Gjilan, Malisheva and Phoenix. He also played for a period in Croatia. Most recently he was at Elbasan.
He has also played for Kosovo U19 and U21.
