Two of the first three teams in the table, Drita and Balkani, will face each other in the derby of the fourth round of the Kosovo Super League in football.
The match Drita - Balkani takes place on Wednesday from 16:00 at the city stadium in Gjilan. Drita e Balkani have the same balance this edition after the first three rounds. They collected seven points each, but the Balkans are the leaders thanks to the best goal tally. Drita is third while Drenica holds the second place, also with seven points collected.
The light in the derby against the Balkans comes after the minimal victory last weekend on the road against Malisheva (1:0). Meanwhile, Balkani won at home against Ulpiana, 3:2, with a goal in extra time. For the Balkans, this was the second consecutive victory after the one in the capital against the reigning champion, Pristina (1:0).
The coach of Drita, Ardian Nuhiu, in the press conference held on Tuesday, assessed the duel with the Balkans as very strong. However, Nuhiu has added that his team has prepared and is ready for this match, in which he has asked to continue the good form that Drita has shown in the first three rounds.
"A strong confrontation awaits us, as two teams meet which in the last two years have always played good and strong matches. This is due to the quality of the football players and the quality that the teams have both individually and as a group. There is no doubt that it will be a tactical match by one or the other coach, but we have certainly taken the measures, we have analyzed the opponent and I think we are ready", said Nuhiu. "As a team, we always seek the best. It is only the beginning of the championship and there are no easy opponents, we have to prepare every game in the best way if we want to win. We will continue like this".

The derby in Gjilan can ignite the race for the title
Central defender Ardian Cuculi has admitted that Drita enters this match for a positive result, namely victory.
"It's a really championship game, it's a very strong opponent, with a team that has shown quality in the last two or three years, with very quality players playing together. It will be a match that will not depend on the course of the championship, but will still serve for the continuity of one team. Playing with such a team, all three results are at stake. I hope that with a maximum commitment of everyone we will do our best to achieve a positive result, why not even win. This is how we continue our journey towards the top of the table, namely the continuation of the championship", Cuculi said.
Balkan travels to Gjilan to continue the good moment. At least that's what Ermal Krasniqi, Balkan winger, says.
"I appreciate this match very much. It's the real derby. Drita has a quality team. Its players are experienced and quality. But we go to make a good performance and come back with a positive result", says Krasniqi.
Meanwhile, Llapi is also looking for victory, this edition has two draws and one loss and occupies the eighth place in the table.
In the fourth round, Llapi hosts Malisheva, a team that suffered a home round from Drita. This match will be played at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium in Prishtina, as the Llapi stadium in Podujevë has not yet been completed. The previous two matches of this edition were played by Llapi as a local in Merdar.
"I think that the pitch has penalized us a lot so far and that's the reason we still haven't won this season. But with the change of the stadium, I firmly believe in victory and a good performance of the team, with which we will fight for the title of champion", warned the coach of Llapi, Tahir Batatina.
On Wednesday, the duel between Feronikeli and Dukagjin will take place, at the "Rexhep Rexhepi" stadium, in Drenas.
