Albania's central defender, Kastriot Dermaku, can play in Serie A this season.
Italian media have announced on Thursday that the 27-year-old has already reached an agreement with Parman.
Dermaku will be transferred to Parma as a free footballer, as his contract with Cosenza expires at the end of next month, reports Koha Ditore.
He is expected to sign a three-year contract with Parman, with the option of extending it for another year. Turin and Bologna were also competing for Dermak, but the player preferred Parma.
In the last edition, Dermaku recorded 32 matches in Serie B, scoring one goal. There are two matches with Albania.
