Midfielder Mateo Kovacic can be considered a Manchester City footballer, "Sky Sports" announced on Wednesday. It is known that City has already reached a personal agreement with Chelsea for the transfer of the Croatian, which will be formalized within this week.
City will pay 35 million euros for Kovacic, who will sign a four-year contract after passing the medical tests.
The 29-year-old has been part of Chelsea since 2018, while he has also played for Real Madrid and Inter. In the last edition, Kovacic had 2 goals and as many assists in all competitions for Chelsea, a team with which he had a contract until next year.
