The English champion, Manchester City, has expressed interest in the Chelsea midfielder, Mateo Kovacic, reports "The Sun" on Friday.
It is known that the Croatian is one of the footballers who will leave Chelsea this summer and City is preparing an offer for his transfer.
It is said that City will offer up to 40 million euros for the card of Kovacic, who is liked by coach Pep Guardiola.
