The president of UEFA, Aleksander Ceferin, has thanked the head of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, for his support regarding the European Super League. Infantino has stated that he is categorically against the European Super League and that FIFA fully supports UEFA in this battle. UEFA has warned that it will do everything possible to stop such a league, as it has called it closed and has warned of sanctions for the participating clubs.
"You showed that you care about the values of football. And if we stay together, we are invincible," Ceferin said after the support he received from Infantino.
