Serge Gnabry (13'), Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (33'), Leroy Sane (52'), Sadio Mane (55') and Marcel Sabitzer (80') scored for Bayern.
After this triumph, the "Bavarians" moved to second position with 19 points, moving Freiburg to third place.
Bayern are four points behind leaders Union Berlin.
