Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has stated that it is difficult for Neymar to return to Barcelona due to the fact that he has not been contacted by the player or his agents, but PSG will not allow him to leave either.
He says that Barcelona has not made a request for his transfer either, and Neymar is not on the table in terms of transfers, Koha.net reports.
"I have never spoken to them, neither to the father nor to the player himself. They have not called me that they want to return to Barcelona. We are preparing for next season and Neymar's name is not on the table. We are talking about a PSG player and I don't think PSG wants to give up on him," Bartomeu declared to El Partidazo de Cope.
