Barcelona is preparing an offer of 150 million euros to secure the services of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.
The Brazilian's transfer is expected to be completed in January, making him the third most expensive player in football history, behind Neymar and Kylian Mbappe at PSG.
Coutinho is expected to become the most expensive player in the history of Barça, to surpass Ousmane Dembele who was bought last summer by Borussia Dortmund for 145 million euros.
The option to complete his transfer in the summer has been ruled out, with Barca and the 25-year-old insisting the move be completed immediately in January.
