Promising for world sports competitions. This is Alban Berisha from Prizren, who has broken all expectations regarding extreme sports.
Within a span of nine years, he grabbed over 160 medals, some of them in international competitions.
He started the sport discipline "Hill Climb" in Kosovo, but his goals are for competitions outside the borders.
Berisha devotes a large part of his time to this sport. Physical preparation, technical checks of the car and adequate sports clothing play a very important role.
In 9 years, I became champion 7 times. I competed in Skopje, Montenegro, Slovenia, where I took first place and will continue like this. I have about 160 medals, where most of them are first places, while I got second places only when I had car breakdowns. I am also thinking about competitions abroad, but I need the help of the state because it is an expensive sport", said Berisha.

Dren Mariqi challenges the mountains with speed
He emphasizes that the key to success is achieved through dedication and persistence for victory. It recommends that the adrenaline of driving speed be practiced only on the racing grounds of this sport.
"These races are good for those who love speed and this is a good way not to endanger traffic but to participate in races and practice speed only in races. Before the race, I check the car technically to see if it is good, then I try to be relaxed because it affects the races a lot. Before I started motoring, I grew up with motorcycles, since there was no racing at that time with motorcycles, I started racing with cars and since then I have stayed in cars. If the motorcycle races are held, I will try there as well", he asserted.
Before the contestants go to the races, Fatos Krasniqi, the technical manager of the sports cars, takes care of their condition, checks and adjusts them in cases.
"I am in charge of the AMTKK club, where I check and fix the sports cars before and after the races. The vehicle must be homologated, other equipment must be in order, including adequate driving clothes, helmet and collar. First, we check the engine work, gear shifter, wheels, shock absorbers. Common breakdowns are brakes, wheel balance, oil, etc. In addition to standard cars, the cars of this type of sport are more different, starting from the engine, the tires, the gear shifter", said Krasniqi.
Krasniqi adds that no sports car should participate in races without being technically checked by an auto mechanic.
Albani also holds the position of captain in AMTKK karting, where he trains competitors under the age of 18. Where it prepares them for the types of disciplines for the sports they love in the future.

"After I have been in this sport for 9 years, I am very good at this sport and now I exercise the work of the captain in this sport from karting to motorcycles and motoring", added Alban Berisha.
Karting pilots claim that in the future they will penetrate beyond the borders.
"In the future, I hope to take up slalom competitions, then finish my career with mountain competitions. The idea came from my concern for speed and I didn't want to have an accident on the road, that's why I joined this sport", said Redon Morina, karting pilot.
"I come from a family of racers, I am in the karting discipline, at the moment we are included in the competition. In the last race in karting, I got the first place and in the next race I hope to have the best possible results", added the other pilot Dren Mariqi.
The passion for motorbikes and extreme sports is growing every day, and for this reason institutions have started to support the sport.
