In the village of Kishnicë in the Municipality of Graçanica, the harvesting of the plants used to make tea was completed months ago. But their sale mostly takes place during the autumn and winter months.
Havushe Bajrami-Bunjaku has been providing income by selling tea for 10 years now. According to her, the end of the pandemic year has increased interest, while unlike 10 years ago, the work has increased a lot. Currently, there are more than 40 types of tea in the warehouse located in her house.
"'99 Lule'e started its activity 10 years ago with 2-3 types, now we have over 40 types of teas", says Bajrami Bunjaku.
She plans to open a new bar with local tea.
"Our plans are to have a point of sale in Pristina, in addition to selling teas, we will combine them based on the needs of consumers. (We plan that) the nutritionist will also be there", she says.

Among the different types of Bajrami-Bunjaku teas for the season of flu and viruses, we single out mountain tea or oregano, mint and sage.
Before serving, these types of teas should be steeped in hot water for 5 to 6 minutes. The cup of tea should be covered to prevent the nutrients from evaporating. According to her, this year's sales were 50 percent higher than last year.
