The need to bring a piece of Turkey to Pristina made the Mehmeti family open their business with Turkish-recipe baklava.

The beginnings of the work happened to have been during the pandemic, and this stimulated them to start their own production, so together with the basic products, they also brought the best craftsmen from Turkey.

Each of the products is prepared by their own hands, although they have had the curiosity of many customers about the preparation method, however they keep the secrets of the original recipe.

According to Fjolla Mehmet, many of the customers no longer prepare baklava at home, they prefer that the Turkish version is served at their table during Eid holidays.

The Mehmeti family hosts the holidays in their hometown in Gjilan, they make sure to send them the taste of the baklava they prepare there as well.

There are many fans of Turkish baklava, and during the holidays the number of orders also increases from other cities of Kosovo.
