He completed his studies for another profession, but his passion for cooking did not leave him, and even at a young age he managed to become self-employed.
Alba Zejnullahu is already known for the sweets and biscuits in the business that bears her name.
"I am Alba Zejnullahu from the village of Ramjan i Vitija, I study master's in economics. In addition to working in the profession, my passion for cooking has made me work with this business as well, at first I prepared cakes only for parties with my mother, and then I started to prepare for others as well", she says.
Alba is now studying for a master's degree in economics, but from numbers she returns to the kitchen to continue with desserts.
"Even though I was studying and working professionally as an accountant, I still find time for the kitchen, at home I have a space behind where I used to prepare and later I built the facility and applied for a grant", says Alba.

She has shown her skills in the kitchen for some time now, and recently she managed to get a grant worth 15 thousand euros.
"The equipment I got in the grant has made my work process easier. For a dessert, I need at least 2 hours of time, but the decoration takes the most time", says Alba.
For a 24-year-old, opening such a business was not easy, but the support that women receive facilitates the steps for career advancement.
"For a beginner it is difficult to secure all the equipment, but in our municipality there is constant support from various organizations that are supporting women and I was one of them", she says.
She attaches great importance to every detail in the cakes, so even the customers remain loyal to her, whose recommendations add to her work.

"In the beginning, family members ordered, and then the district and society. I try to keep hygiene at a high level, and in addition to the taste of the dessert, I also take great care of the decor, because for every celebration the cake is the main thing", she adds.
Alba manages to sell most of her sweets through social networks, from where she exhibits all her work, but also in her workshop, which she has near her home.
