A. SHPALLJE PUBLIKE – FTESË PËR OFERTË
The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK), within the framework of N.S. “Urata” – Prishtina, announces an invitation for the supply of 25 professional tablets with 12.0–12.4 inch screen, 5G, GPS/GNSS and digital pen support, for the preparation of field visit reports at SIM-PAK. Each offer must demonstrate technical compliance with the tender documents.
Devices must be professional-grade, from established brands with a long documented history in tablet manufacturing, such as Samsung, Lenovo, Apple, Huawei or equivalent. No-name tablets or models without a manufacturer, model code, official catalog, security updates, warranty and verifiable service are not accepted. Quality and authenticity are proven by
manufacturer's documents; brand name does not replace meeting mandatory criteria. For field use, 5G/GPS, 12.0–12.4 inch screen, minimum 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage, digital pen and accessories are required.
1. What should the offer include?
Interested economic operators submit the documents required under this dossier: financial offer form, technical compliance table, manufacturer's technical sheets, declaration of conformity, business identification and other documents specified in the dossier.
2. Submission and clarifications
Bids are accepted on 02.11.2026, from 09:00 to 11:00, at the KPA Central Office, Prishtina, physically in a closed and sealed envelope, with the note “BID – 25 TABLETS / NO. [____] – NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE THE DEADLINE”. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration. Clarifications are requested in writing to the designated contact, ensuring equal treatment of economic operators. The announcement is published on the platforms specified in Article 5 of Regulation No. 04/2025. The complete bidding documentation is made available to all operators under the same conditions.
