Popeyes® comes to Kosovo

Today, the Popeyes® brand and Global Foods LLC, part of the Balkan Foods company - representative of the Burger King® brand in Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria, announce that they have reached an agreement to develop the Popeyes® brand in Kosovo this year , to continue in Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the coming years.

Founded in New Orleans in 1972, Popeyes® has more than 50 years of history and culinary tradition including Cajun and Creole flavor profiles. Popeyes® is distinguished by a unique New Orleans-style menu developed by an in-house team of professionally trained chefs.

The famous Popeyes® chicken is prepared fresh, marinated for at least 12 hours using special spices and slow cooked to perfection. Chicken lovers will soon have the chance to try world-famous menu items, including the flagship Chicken Sandwich, which has been named the most successful product when it launched in 2019 in the US.

The first Popeyes® restaurant in Kosovo is planned to open in the second half of this year.
