NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS AND OWNERS OF ENTERPRISES PLACED IN THE LIQUIDATION PROCESS BY THE KOSOVO PRIVATIZATION AGENCY
BThe Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo has approved the initiation of the liquidation procedure for the enterprise listed below:
Any person or legal entity claiming to have a claim and/or interest in this enterprise or the assets of the enterprise must submit a Proof of Claim and/or Proof of Interest pursuant to Article 7 and Article 23 of the Annex to Law No. 04/L-034 on PAK.
