On the occasion of its 13th anniversary, Meridian Express has donated a check worth 10,000 euros to the campaign implemented by the NGO "The Library Project Kosova", proving once again its commitment to supporting the community and investing in the future of children.
The ceremony organized on this occasion was opened by Ardiana Selimi, executive director of The Library Project Kosova, who emphasized the important role that Meridian Express has played since the beginning of the initiative: "From the first steps of this project, Meridian has expressed its full willingness to be a supporter of the library campaign. They immediately understood the importance of this project for our children - who are not only our most beloved, but also the hope and strength of the future."
After her, Kristale Rama, a passionate activist and volunteer of the project, took the floor, expressing her gratitude to Meridian Express: “This important donation is a clear example of how a company can be a pioneer in supporting the community. Meridian Express has shown that it does not see social responsibility only as an obligation, but as an intrinsic value, investing where it matters most – in children and their future.”
Following this, the executive director of Meridian Express, Agon Gashi, shared his message on the company's values: "Meridian Express is built on strong foundations of family values and commitment to the community. We focus on four main pillars: children, education, sports and the environment. Mr. Gashi also took the opportunity to address the children with a special wish: "Just as today we are here to support you, tomorrow I wish that you too, with knowledge and courage, achieve your dreams and be in a position where you will have the opportunity to help your community."
In conclusion, Besa Osmani Spahiu, Marketing Manager at Meridian Express, emphasized, "This donation symbolizes our long-term commitment to social responsibility to be close to the community and improve their well-being in the long term."
