36 people were injured in a fire in the Croatian town of Omis on Thursday night. 14 of them were hospitalized, while the others were released after treatment.
Seven patients are in intensive care and are in critical condition. According to Croatian media outlet Index, they have suffered severe burns.
Most of the patients were treated for burns, while others had breathing problems due to smoke.
Croatian media have reported a large fire that also engulfed Omis and hundreds of evacuees, while firefighters have been battling large flames that have been spread by the wind.
