Participants in the Belgrade Pride Parade have condemned the violence that Serbian police have used against anti-government protesters and expressed support for students, who have been demonstrating for months against populist President Aleksandar Vučić.
Organizers have said that the parade is intended to be a protest.
Numerous police forces patrolled the event's march, which has often been marked by violent attacks on participants by far-right groups.
Saturday's incident took place a day after police forces clashed with anti-government protesters in Novi Sad.
The protest is a continuation of ongoing demonstrations, which began after the deaths of 16 people in November last year, as a result of the collapse of a concrete shelter at the newly renovated railway station in Novi Sad.
Protesters accuse Vučić's government of corruption and demand early elections.
