Oral health care exercises in a kindergarten

Welcome to our special episode celebrating World Oral Health Day! Today we had an amazing adventure with some fantastic young dentists. We visited a kindergarten to explore the magical world of teeth and learn how to keep them happy and healthy

Let's start by discovering the incredible role our teeth play. Did you know that teeth help us bite into crunchy apples, chew delicious foods and even speak clearly? This is true. Our teeth are like superheroes in our mouths, helping us every day.

Throughout our life we have two sets of teeth. Baby teeth, also known as baby teeth, give way to permanent teeth. Once our permanent teeth arrive, it's up to us to take care of them so they stay strong for a lifetime.

Now let's talk about the foods that make your teeth shine like stars. Crispy fruits and vegetables, dairy products like milk and cheese, and water are your teeth's best friends. They help to keep our teeth strong and healthy.

But beware of the evil culprits, like sugary foods and drinks. They can damage our teeth if you consume too much of them. The most important part of our dental care routine is brushing. We should brush our teeth at least twice a day, for two minutes each time. Remember to use a soft-bristled brush, put only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and gently brush your teeth in a circular motion from the front to the back of our teeth.

And yes, here's another important tip for our dental care adventure. We should change the toothbrush every three months or even earlier if its threads start to lose their shape.

The toothbrush is our trusty helper in the fight against plaque and cavities, so we want it to be in great shape. And you know what? Each of us should have our own toothbrush. We should not share toothbrushes with our brothers or sisters, no matter how much we love them. Everyone deserves their own special brush to keep their teeth happy and healthy.

So let's choose a toothbrush that makes us smile, change it regularly and keep it all to ourselves. This way we will be ready for any dental adventure that comes our way.

And finally, we can't forget the cleaning with dental brushes. Brushing the teeth with dental brushes helps to clean the narrow spaces between the teeth, where toothbrushes cannot reach. It's like giving your teeth a little cozy hug to keep them healthy and happy.

Now imagine what would happen if we stopped brushing our teeth. Well, I have to tell you that our teeth can become friends with pesky bacteria leading to cavities, toothaches and even tooth loss. That doesn't sound like a fun adventure at all.

So let's promise to take care of our teeth as precious treasures. Brush them, wipe them clean and treat them with love and care.

Remember, a bright smile is our superpower and it starts with good oral health habits.
