The Spaniard Jordan Diaz won the triple jump at the "Paris 2024" Olympic Games on Friday night.
He secured Spain's first gold medal in the sport, beating defending champion Pedro Pichardo of Portugal, who won silver.
Diaz had a distance of 17.86 meters, while he won by two centimeters.
It was a dream debut for the 23-year-old Diaz.
American Andy Diaz Hernandez had a distance of 17.64 meters.
