The American weightlifter, Olivia Reeves, has won the Olympic gold medal and set a new Olympic record in the breakaway.
Reeves triumphed on Friday night at "Paris 2024" in the category up to 71 kilograms.
She lifted 117 kilograms in the deadlift, while in the push she lifted 145 kilograms.
In total, there was a lift of 262 kilograms.
Mari Leivis Sanchez of Colombia took second place with 257 kilograms, while Angie Paola Palacios of Ecuador had a total lift of 256 kilograms.
