A shepherd was surprised by the behavior of his sheep shortly after taking them out to graze in the area of Thessaly in Greece.
As reported shortly after the devastating floods that hit the wider area of Thessaly, during which pastures were also damaged, a herd of sheep entered a greenhouse where cannabis is grown for pharmaceutical purposes and ate almost 100 kilograms of this plant.
The greenhouse owner couldn't believe his eyes when he learned that his cannabis crop had suffered a lot of damage from the storm and then the sheep ate what was left.
"I don't know whether to laugh or cry. We had severe heat waves and lost some of the production. We had floods and they destroyed another part. And now, after all that, we have a herd of sheep that entered the facility and started eating what was left, I honestly don't know what to say," said the owner of a licensed cannabis farm. / EuroNews
