The candidate of the Vetëvendosje movement for mayor of Gjakova, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, said that Gjakova under her leadership will become a city with different mobility.
Kusari-Lila said in "Java Sonte me Rronin" on KTV that during her mandate, Gjakova will be transformed into a city with many bicycles and people walking.
She also said that Gjakova will have better waste management.
"In 2024 or 2025 in Gjakova you will see a city that has a completely different mobility, many bicycles and people walking, you will see the industrial park, a dynamic of young people and women who will be part of the incubator hi -tech and a clean city with waste management and then have the opportunity to go to Erenik and leave, according to your wish and after saying that the Gjakovars have made their own beach", she said.
Kusari-Lila was the mayor of the Municipality of Gjakova for one term, from 2013 to 2017.
She is currently the acting head of the Vetëvendosje parliamentary group.
