Nine natural ways for hair care

While styling equipment and various chemical products damage hair, there are some natural ways to care for it that don't cause damage.

First, you should start by washing your hair with a sulfate-free shampoo, then continue with conditioner.

Second, the hair should be rinsed with cold water because it helps close the hair cuticles and makes them shinier.

As a third step, the hair should be combed with a comb that has rare teeth, because brushes and combs with frequent teeth cause electricity.

The fourth step is the application of any serum or oil that maintains the health of the hair. This serum should contain keratin in order to nourish your hair and give you shine.

Hair should be allowed to dry naturally without using hot brushes because they damage the hair by damaging the texture.

In order for the hair to be as shiny as possible, it is advisable to create a mask of milk and honey by combining the two until a mass is formed, which after application should remain on the hair for one to two hours.

Another mask that is considered to be healthy for the hair is the one with papa and olive oil. Since bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals, they will nourish the hair, while olive oil will keep it hydrated. Once applied, this mask should stay on the hair for about 30 minutes to an hour.

Eggs are also good for hair, especially when combined with olive oil. Like the banana mask, the mask with olive oil should be kept on the hair for 30 minutes to an hour after application.

The next mask is the one with aloe vera, which is also kept for half an hour to an hour. This mask helps to relax the hair cuticles making them shine.
