For example, two ounces (about 56 grams) of fat-free mozzarella contain 84 calories and 18 grams of protein, while the same amount of full-fat cheese can contain twice as many calories and significantly less protein.

Another suitable choice for weight loss is low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese. A half jar of cottage cheese contains about 90 calories and provides 12 grams of protein, helping you feel full without the risk of artery-clogging saturated fat.
