Firefighters managed to save a deer trapped in an ice-covered lake in West Hartford, United States of America, Upi wrote.
The authorities announced that one morning they received information that the deer was trapped and struggling in the cold water.

Through firefighting equipment, the deer was eventually rescued.
There are many cases where animals get trapped in the ice and sometimes freeze to death.
