A treasure hunter found the highest value of 500 million pounds in a Bavarian wood. The treasure found belonged to the Nazis from where it had been left in Bavaria.
Although the hunter was overjoyed to find the treasure, he cannot take it, because the land has an owner and he must obtain permission first, the article that KJ reports states.
Hans Glueck, 76, who has been searching for the pile of gold, diamonds, artwork and rare postage stamps for two decades, says the landowner wants to have a treasure for himself.
The treasure is believed to have been flown from Berlin to the Alps by Heinrich Himmler, head of the Nazi SS, and brutal Nazi MP Ernst Kaltenbrunner.
The Treasury was meant to fund them later after the war was over. The plan was for the train to cross the border at Passau in Austria where the treasure would be stored in a salt mine.
But Allied airstrikes and the advance of the Russians brought the train with the valuable cargo to a stop in a tunnel at Tittling in Bavaria.

The cargo of 76 kg of gold is only a small part of the cargo loaded on the train.
