Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has organized a special reception for Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who arrived on Wednesday to participate in the Energy Forum in Abu Dhabi.
Meloni celebrates his 15th birthday today (January 48) and Rama kneels down and gives him a gift, a red and black scarf.
Rama also attempted to sing a birthday song to Meloni along with the journalists.
"Don't embarrass them," Meloni replied.
At this summit, Italy, Albania and the United Arab Emirates signed a contract worth at least 1 billion euros for the construction of a submarine interconnection for renewable energy along the Adriatic Sea.

"We strongly believe in this project that involves our three governments, as well as our private sector and network operators," said Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni.
