According to him, the first danger at the moment of the explosion is that if you watch it explode, people will be blinded.
"The first danger is at the moment of the explosion. If we see the bomb exploding, we go blind on the spot because the radiation is so great. Mainly ultraviolet rays damage our retina (of the eye) because the energy flux is so great," he said in a video on Instagram.
According to Bunec, the second devastating effect is the massive expansion of the atomic bomb within a few moments.
The speed of the bomb causes every object in front to be flattened, and the impact of the explosion affects tens of kilometers.

"As the bomb expands with a force and the speed is very high, it flattens everything around it and the bomb forms a vacuum from the very high force. In this area there is no air and it is a void and the air in the center sucks the air in," he said.
The Albanian astrophysicist has shown that the next danger is heat.
"The third danger is heat. This bomb, when it explodes, has the temperature of the center of the Sun. It has a very high heat and, at the same time, when it opens, it also spreads its heat radiation that burns everything," he said.
Buneci added that the next danger is from radiation.
He said that as a result of the spread of radioactivity, any type of atom of objects or living beings is destroyed within a moment.

According to the astrophysicist, the area where the atomic bomb explosion occurred will take thousands of years to be "cleaned" of radiation residue.
"This happens because of the speed of the explosion. At the moment when the chain reaction occurs. This takes probably thousands of years for the matter to be consumed, for this rock to evaporate from the radiation," he added.

For astrophysicist Buneci, the only "positive" reason for possessing a nuclear bomb is if two enemy countries have one.
"The only good thing about a nuclear bomb is if it's between two enemy states. That's because both of them have to think twice before starting this war between themselves," he said.
