For two hours, fire crews tried to pull a horse out of the mud in Brecon, Wales. The animal was stuck in a swampy area, unable to get out on its own.
The Welsh authorities were notified by the locals and went to the scene, where they managed to save him using the rope, Skynews wrote.
The horse was said to have grown tired of futile attempts to get away.
He was then rescued and returned to his owner unharmed.
