Through a letter read by his lawyer, Millan Radoiçiqi admitted that he participated in the terrorist attack against the Kosovo Police in Banjské in Zveçan. In this letter, he emphasized that he made all the logistical preparations himself and that he did not receive help from the authorities in Belgrade or from the local authorities in the north of Kosovo. He also announced his resignation from the position of vice-president of the Serbian List, which was announced before him in Belgrade by the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vučić.
Milan Radoiçiqi admitted on Friday that he participated and was the organizer of the terrorist attack against the Kosovo Police on September 24, in the village of Banjské in Zveçan. Through an open letter, read by his lawyer, Goran Petronijevic, Radoiçiqi has emphasized that the killing of the Kosovo Police sergeant, Afrim Bunjaku, was accidental. In this letter, he wrote that he himself is responsible for all the logistical preparations of the group.
"I inform all the guardian persecutors of the Serbian people, from Kurt to his many international helpers, that I personally carried out all the logistical preparations for the protection of our people from the occupiers, and this act of mine did not have any character of nor the other purpose, and it has nothing to do with my earliest political engagement", the lawyer stated while reading the letter.
Radoiçiqi, who has been on the blacklist of the United States and Great Britain for years, has emphasized in the letter that he undertook the activity in Banjska to encourage the northern Serbs not to submit to him, as he said , Kurt's regime. He asked that the people of the group responsible for the attack not be called terrorists, and said that they are fighters for the freedom of the Serbian people.
"I inform the general public that together with my compatriots from the north of Kosovo, on September 24, 2023, I came to the north of Kosovo, in the village of Banjské. The reason for our return was to embolden the Serbian people from this region, to offer resistance to the terror of Kurt's regime, to protect our people who have been subjected to this terror every day, and to create the conditions for the fulfillment of the dream of liberation. of my people in the north of Kosovo", says this letter from Radojqiqi that Petronijevic read.
Through the letter read by his lawyer during an address to the media in Belgrade, Radoiçiqi announced his resignation from the position of vice-president of the Serbian List. Before that, the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vučić, emphasized that he is taking this action in order not to further damage this party, which is the largest of the Kosovo Serbs.
"On this occasion, I announce to the public that I am resigning irrevocably from the position of the vice-president of the Serbian List. I am ready to answer the calls of the competent bodies of the Republic of Serbia regarding these events. Long live Serbia", Radojciqi wrote.

In the letter, Radoici has tried to exonerate the Serbian authorities for involvement in helping and organizing the group responsible for the attack in Banjska.
