Physical security workers in KEK ask the Government of the Board to include them within the state

The physical security workers of KEK held a protest in front of the Government building. Through it, they expressed the request to be included in the dome of the state. And in case of non-fulfilment of the demands, they also warned of the radicalization of the protests

Physical security workers of the Energy Corporation protested on Wednesday from "Zahir Pajaziti" square to the Government building to request the return of this sector to the framework of the KEK.

Through the protest, they expressed dissatisfaction with the discrimination that is being done to them.

Nexhat Murati, head of the "Defense and Security" Trade Union, accused the Kurti Government of not fulfilling its commitments in relation to KEK workers.

"We call on the Government of Kosovo and Prime Minister Albin Kurti to be taken seriously, because we have several written requests that we have made in official emails to the Board of KEK and to the directors of KEK, a total of 30 pieces, requests from us . And I don't know how he is considering us in what way, why it doesn't belong to us for once", said Murati.

The head of the New Union of KEK, Nexhat Llumnica, emphasized that physical security workers are threatened not to protest, as well as discriminated against, in relation to other KEK workers. He also commented on the earlier tendering for the department.

In the protest, the security workers and other trade unionists warned of the radicalization of protest measures even within the KEK, in order to implement the demands.
