On December 2, Kurti's governance is debated, and on the 5th, the last two sessions are held

The four-year government of the executive led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti will be the topic of the debate that will take place next Monday. With this and the other two sessions that will be held on December 5, the work of the eighth legislature of the Assembly is expected to be completed

Towards the end of the mandate is the eighth legislature of the Assembly of Kosovo. The last working week for this year is expected to be the beginning of December. On Monday, the Presidency of the Assembly scheduled three sessions for the next week.

The most important by the opposition was that of December 2, where the governance of Prime Minister Albin Kurti will be discussed.

"For four years, no project has been completed. For four years, one mandate, this government will be described as a government that has normalized illegality in various areas. This debate will be the confrontation of this government with AAK as the convener of this debate and the opposition in order to reveal the defects that have occurred", said Besnik Tahiri, head of the Parliamentary Group of AAK.

E Arben Gashi, head of the GP of LDK, sees the session of December 2 as an opportunity to discuss what he calls harmful actions of the Government. 

"What is more important is the session on Monday [December 2], where the four-year government of Albin Kurti and the Vetëvendosje Movement will be discussed. In this session, all four-year actions and inactions and all measures and damaging actions that the Kurti government has done in these four years will be discussed," Gashi declared.

The ruling parliamentary group has other goals before the end of the year.

"As a position, we intend to largely conclude the draft laws that are in the second reading and the draft laws that will be dealt with so that the end of the mandate or the eighth legislature is crowned with all the draft laws that were the basis of the election program", stated Mimoza Kusari-Lila, head of the GP of LVV. 

Besides this session, two more will be held next week. On Thursday from 10 o'clock there will be an attempt to conclude the unfinished points, until after it a new plenary session will be held.

And for the last month of the year, the emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, has announced another meeting at the level of chief negotiators.

Deputies in power and opposition did not express great expectations, because of the elections in Kosovo, but also because of the end of Lajcak's mandate.

"What we can expect is that at least there is a clear addressing of the problems and obstacles so far in the implementation of the agreements, which we have not often seen from the balanced European Union", said Kusari-Lila.

While Arben Gashi is skeptical that there can be developments in the dialogue, while the elections are approaching.  

The last meeting held in Brussels at the level of chief negotiators was the one on October 24, which ended without any concrete results.
