They played the works "Synthetics", "B Blues" and "Aurora" by Kurt Rosenwinkel, all written during the 90s. The repertoire included "A shifting star" from the album "Star of Jupiter" from 2012.

"We are playing standard music, modern jazz, works from the American repertoire as well as some original works", said the American jazz-guitarist, producer, pianist and music teacher, Kurt Rosenvinkel briefly in a short break from their playing.

The trio also played "Passarim" by the Brazilian Antonio Carlos Jobim, "Self-Portrait In Three Colors" by the American Charles Mingus and "Time remembered" by Bill Evans, also American.
Sometimes the jazz game is also dressed in rock colors. New York-based Doug Weiss's double bass weighs down the sound while Dutchman Joost van Schaik's drums step in as a sort of counterpoint. It has been said that Rosenwinkel has set a new standard in guitar playing.
"Kurt Rosenwinkel is one of the people who set a new standard in guitar playing, which many world guitarists follow and try to imitate. It was lucky that we had him here tonight and that he played some original compositions. I would have liked to hear more of his original music, he has mostly played standards, but his style and playing are outstanding. I am speechless, I am a little shocked by this concert", said Kuçi.
Astrit Stafai, who also owns many instruments, including the guitar, said that Rosenwinkel brought the magic of New York to Pristina.
"I enjoyed the magic of guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkel, who really brought us a piece of New York between Pristina. I think that the comments are excessive, I hope that in the future the festival will bring us artists of such caliber so that we can enjoy beautiful music, but also be educated as a public in general. I hope it becomes a tradition to have a larger audience where we can enjoy beautiful music and world-wide art", he said.
Some of the works stand out as more modern when the sounds brought by the drums are more sophisticated with solo playing as well as the contrabass improvising accompanied by low-pitched drumming. Improvisational guitar playing is always at the center.
"What a pleasure to see you and to play for you, thank you very much", said Rosenwinkel at the end of the concert, which was accompanied by a lot of applause from the audience.
In the performance of the "Kurt Rosenwinkel Trio" as well as in that of the duo Armend Xhaferi and Taulant Mehmeti, with whom the concert started, when the tone of the game has rested a little, there was an ideal space for the audience to use the opportunity to appreciate the performance with applause.
The duo Xhaferi and Mehmeti played two works before the performance of the trio from New York. They are harmonized so that sometimes one and sometimes the other get the primacy of the game. The theme of one is conveyed to the other and the echo of the sound keeps them together. They are often located far from each other and that is the space where the other instrumentalist intervenes. A traditional Albanian theme is brought up in several fragments and the same is repeated several times.
